Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rootcrest Peachtree Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Provided

Rootcrest Peachtree Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Service estimates are provided based on site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions change or additional work is required. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We make every effort to arrive during the scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to weather, equipment issues, or previous job complications. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to late fees and interest charges. You are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees incurred in collecting past due amounts.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing pets during service visits. Please remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items from work areas before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that are not marked or disclosed prior to work beginning. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities.

Liability and Insurance

Rootcrest Peachtree Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property during service, but tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for damage to lawns, landscaping, or other property features that may occur as a normal consequence of tree work. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects in trees, unforeseen weather conditions, or acts of nature.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature of the work and potential after-hours scheduling. We prioritize situations that pose immediate danger to people or property.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard practices. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. We are not responsible for tree failure, disease, or pest infestation that occurs after our services are completed, unless directly caused by our negligence.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
